Read the size system before choosing a number

Record whether the seller uses EU, UK, US or centimetre sizing, and whether its chart is for men, women or children. A number copied from another listing can describe a different system. Keep the chart for the exact option you intend to buy.

Nike’s official footwear guide illustrates measuring feet and interpreting its own chart. Use that as a method reference, then follow the selected seller’s instructions; an official brand chart does not verify the sizing of a catalog listing.

Match the visible option before checking details

Start with the order’s colour, size and quantity. For these high-top references, compare the toe, side panels, collar, heel and outsole views with the option you selected. Ask for a missing angle when it answers a specific unresolved question.

A size-label photo and an insole-length photo answer different questions. If you request a measurement, name the endpoints and the unit. Do not substitute a guessed internal length for a seller’s stated foot-length chart.

Decide what packaging you need to retain

Record whether the box, accessories or particular packaging matter to you before parcel submission. A box can affect packed dimensions; keep a quote using the actual packing choice beside your product cost.

If you consider removing packaging, first identify what it protects or contains and whether you need it for a return. Compare the complete parcel estimate and your packing priorities rather than assuming box removal always produces the same saving.

Keep these inputs with the selected option.

EXAMPLE REQUEST / ADAPT TO YOUR ORDER

Please photograph the size label and the heel of the pair on my order. If an internal-length check is available, confirm the measurement method and unit first.

Use the Superbuy size guide for measurement methods and the QC photo checklist for a specific follow-up. Resolve option questions before arranging the parcel.
