02 / GET THE MERCHANT REFERENCE
Use the product page’s source-link control.
Open the complete product page in our main catalog and look for the control labelled Link. We observed it on the grey Jordan hoodie listing below. Its displayed source URL points to a Weidian item, while the main catalog address identifies the catalog page.

Retrieve the source through the current control and keep it with the directory page. If the control or source is missing, send the main catalog page URL to our team for a catalog check. Do not guess an item ID or use a similar-looking product as a replacement without comparing it.
03 / MATCH MORE THAN THE TITLE
Confirm the exact version.
Compare the source listing with your saved reference: the model, colour or print, and any selected style or size. A listing can contain several versions. Its first image or lowest displayed amount may refer to another option.
Keep the option name with the URL. If a colour label changes or the expected size is no longer shown, resolve that difference before proceeding. Similar photographs and brand names are not enough to establish a match.

Superbuy’s official user guide describes entering supported merchant links and selecting colour, size and quantity. Use the merchant source, then compare the recognised item and options with your notes before payment.
The official example describes Taobao and Tmall links. Our catalog can show other merchant sources, so check whether your exact link can be processed in your account. A source URL displayed by the full product catalog does not by itself confirm acceptance.

05 / IDENTIFY THE ACTUAL PROBLEM
A failed load is a clue, not the whole answer.
First identify where the failure happens: our card, the catalog page, the merchant source or the agent result. Record that page and the message you see. A loading failure alone does not establish that the item is sold out or that a different listing is the same product.
