01 / KNOW WHAT YOU ARE VIEWING
Directory images and warehouse photos have different jobs.
The photographs in a spreadsheet or catalog listing help identify a product reference. They are not photographs of the particular item purchased for your order. Another buyer’s QC album also relates to their item, option and order, even when its title looks similar.
Superbuy’s official user guide places inspection and photography after warehouse arrival. It directs users to their stored items in User Center’s My Warehouse, before the delivery stage. Use the images attached to the correct warehouse item in your own account.
People often call these images “QC photos”. Treat them as evidence of the visible condition and details of that item. A photograph alone cannot establish how the material feels, how the item fits you or how it will perform in use.
02 / MATCH BEFORE JUDGING
Keep the exact option beside the photos.
Open your order details and your saved merchant reference together. Check the model or style, selected colour or print, size and quantity. If the source listing offers several versions, use the option you selected rather than its first promotional image.
Where labels are visible, compare them with your order. A label can help identify an option; it does not independently establish authenticity or correct fit. If a photograph does not show the label clearly, record that gap rather than treating the missing information as confirmation.
For a pair of shoes, check that the available views show the intended pair. For a set or item with accessories, compare the visible contents with the selected option. The product-link guide explains how to keep the directory entry, merchant source and option together.
03 / START WIDE, THEN LOOK CLOSER
Review what the image can actually answer.
Look at the overall item first, then the details relevant to your decision. Check visible shape, placement of prints or panels, seams, closures and any apparent marks or damage. Use the original image where the account allows it; a small preview may hide the area you need.
| Item | Useful question |
|---|---|
| Shoes | Do both shoes, visible labels and the relevant sides match the selected pair? Is a close view needed for a mark or separation? |
| Clothing | Do the print, openings and visible seams match the option? Is a flat measurement needed to compare the size? |
| Bags | Are the expected straps and attachments visible? Does a closure or corner need a closer view? |
A visible closure does not demonstrate that it works smoothly. A flat photograph does not prove a fabric’s composition. Lighting, shadows and camera processing can also affect colour appearance; if colour matters and the view is unclear, ask for clarification.
Describe an apparent issue without jumping to a conclusion. “There appears to be a dark mark near the left cuff” gives support a location to investigate. Keep the related image and explain whether you need another angle or confirmation of what the mark is.
04 / GIVE THE REQUEST AN ENDPOINT
Ask for one view that answers one question.
Identify the warehouse item through the agent’s account tools, name the area and explain the question. For measurements, specify the unit, garment position and both endpoints. A request for “more QC” leaves the useful detail unclear.
ILLUSTRATIVE REQUEST / NOT AN ACTUAL ORDER
“For this selected T-shirt, can you show the garment laid flat with a tape in centimetres across the body, from side seam to side seam directly below the armholes? Please make both tape endpoints and the reading visible.”
This is an example of a precise question, not a confirmation that the request is available or free. Check availability, cost and any limitations with the agent before confirming a service. We have not verified a fixed number of photos or a current price for additional views.
Match the requested method to the seller’s size chart. If it measures length from a particular neck point, ask for that same point. The size comparison guide distinguishes flat garment measurements from body measurements and explains why the endpoints matter.
05 / KEEP THE OPEN QUESTIONS VISIBLE
Resolve a meaningful gap before the next step.
Write down what you have checked and what remains unclear. If the selected option appears different, a measurement is missing or damage is suspected, contact the agent through your account with the relevant item and image.
Ask about the choices available for that order and their terms. This guide does not establish a return deadline, refund entitlement or free replacement. Use the actual order status, agent response and applicable merchant terms when deciding how to proceed.
Review the response and any additional images before submitting delivery. Keep your notes with the order so an unresolved question does not disappear among several warehouse items. For the full sequence from a listing to a parcel, see the spreadsheet buying guide.

THE QUICK ANSWERS
What can a photo check settle?
Are main product catalog images my Superbuy QC photos?
No. They identify the product reference. Use the images attached to your own warehouse item to review the item bought for your order.
Can QC photos prove authenticity or quality?
Images can help you check visible details. They do not independently verify authenticity, material composition, durability or how an item feels and fits in use.
What if the measurement I need is missing?
Ask the agent whether a photo or measurement using the seller’s chart method is available. Specify the item, unit and endpoints, and confirm the service terms before proceeding.
