FIRST, THE ROLE OF THE LIST
What does a Superbuy spreadsheet do?
A spreadsheet, shortlist or product directory helps you organise links and compare possible finds. It is the discovery stage: a product title, a photograph and a reference price can help you decide which full listing to investigate.
On this site, the previews open the corresponding main catalog product page. The larger directory, product options and source-link controls live there. Our pages deliberately show a small edit, so you can choose a direction and continue with the complete listing.
Keep three things separate: a directory reference, the merchant’s current listing and the item selected in your agent order. They may show different prices or different options. The check is whether the exact version you want is available and can be processed by your agent.
01 / DISCOVER
Start with what you are comparing.
Choose a category before opening several similar products. For sneakers, you might compare colourways within one model family. For a hoodie, decide between a pullover and a zip opening. For a T-shirt, start with the colour, print and proportions you want.
Our sneaker edit, hoodie edit and T-shirt edit give you six references each. Open the candidates you would actually compare in our main catalog; you do not need to collect every link in the directory.
A USEFUL SHORTLIST
Write down the reason for each candidate: a preferred colour, an opening style or dimensions to check. A reason makes the next comparison clearer than saving a product name alone.
02 / READ THE FULL LISTING
Keep the link and the option together.
Open the full product page and review the available information. Use its source-link control to obtain the merchant listing. Keep that source URL with the exact colour, style or print option you intend to choose; a title or preview photograph may represent only one of several versions.
Read size information at the source. Compare garment measurements with an item you wear, using the same method: a flat chest width is not a chest circumference. For shoes, compare the measurement method and seller’s chart rather than assuming that the same size label describes every pair.
If a chart, material detail or option is unclear, leave that question in your shortlist and resolve it before ordering. A photograph can show a visible design, but it cannot establish the fabric weight, your preferred fit or long-term wear.
| Field | Your note |
|---|---|
| Source | The merchant URL, alongside the catalog page |
| Option | Exact colour, print or style name |
| Size | Selected option and the chart’s measurement method |
| Price | Currency, selected option and when you checked |
| Open question | The detail you still need before deciding |
03 / CONFIRM WITH THE AGENT
Check the merchant link in Superbuy.
Superbuy’s official user guide describes entering supported merchant links, choosing item options and submitting an order. Check that your exact link is recognised and the selected option is correct before payment.
A product directory page is useful for discovery. Its URL is different from the merchant link the agent processes. If the source link fails, check the full listing and ask Superbuy support about that item; do not treat a different-looking result as a match.
Read the item-specific notices shown in your account. Acceptance of one listing does not establish acceptance of every similar item or a shipping route for your destination. Superbuy’s shopping-agent introduction also recommends estimating international shipping before placing an order.
04 / KEEP THE COSTS IN CONTEXT
A product reference is one part of the cost.
The CNY amounts on our cards come from a saved catalog snapshot. Check the current price for the exact merchant option. Do not compare one listing’s starting price with another listing’s selected-size price as though they describe the same purchase.
Superbuy’s fee structure separates purchasing costs from international shipping and optional services. Domestic delivery and applicable purchasing-service charges can form part of the first stage. Use the displayed order breakdown rather than assuming one advertised fee covers everything.
- Product and domestic delivery: check the chosen item and the seller-to-warehouse shipping charge.
- Applicable services: review the source-platform charge and any extras you select.
- International shipping: check the quote for your destination and parcel.
The official shopping-agent introduction describes two payment stages. A paid product order does not mean the international parcel has already been paid for or dispatched.
COMPARE LIKE WITH LIKE
Give each candidate separate notes for its product price and unresolved delivery costs. Until those costs are known, a smaller number on a product card is not enough to establish the cheaper delivered purchase.
The fees and total-cost guidegives a working budget example and explains how to keep unknown costs visible.
05 / CHECK YOUR SELECTED ITEM
Review the photos for your own order.
Superbuy’s warehouse step describes inspection and photography after arrival. Look at the images linked to your selected item in the warehouse, then compare the visible colour, option and included parts with your order notes.
A catalog image helps you discover a product. Someone else’s inspection photographs may offer another reference, but they do not show your own item. If an important area or measurement is missing, ask your agent what further information is available before moving on.
Our editorial checklist is simple: match the visible item to the ordered version, inspect the areas that matter to your choice, and keep unanswered questions open. Photos document what is visible; they do not by themselves establish authenticity or long-term performance.
PERSONAL EXPERIENCE / NOT A PLATFORM RULE
In an older figure collector’s Reddit account, the writer describes colour and condition issues noticed during warehouse checks. This is one person’s reported experience with a different product category. It illustrates a question to investigate, not a promise about inspection results or today’s return terms.
06 / PLAN DELIVERY
Move from the warehouse to a parcel.
Superbuy’s delivery steps describe selecting stored items, entering destination details and choosing a shipping method. Review the available methods and displayed costs for that parcel before submission.
Keep the selected items and their quantities together when comparing the parcel quote. Check what packaging or extra services are included and what you have selected. A quote for a different parcel, destination or set of services is not a direct comparison.
Once the parcel has been sent, follow its tracking in the agent account. Use the actual order and route information for your next decisions rather than a delivery-time claim from an unrelated haul or spreadsheet.
