One purchase can have two different journeys.
Superbuy’s purchasing guide separates product ordering and warehouse receipt from submitting an international parcel. Paying for an item is therefore not the same as arranging delivery to your overseas address. A seller’s dispatch update may refer only to the first journey inside China.
Start with the record you are viewing. Keep the shopping-agent order number for the item and the parcel number for the shipment you later create. When several items are combined, the international parcel can contain multiple orders. Copying a seller’s domestic tracking number into an overseas carrier site may simply be checking the wrong shipment.

Match the update to the next action.
The following table is an editorial map of the stages, not a claim that every app version uses identical status labels. Read the label and detail on your own record together. An event with a date and tracking reference is more useful than a status word on its own.
| Stage | Check this evidence | Useful next action |
|---|---|---|
| Payment / purchase | Payment record, selected option and agent response. | Resolve a price, stock or option question with the shopping agent. |
| Seller dispatch | Domestic tracking number and its latest event. | Ask whether the seller has handed the item to the domestic carrier. |
| Warehouse receipt | Delivery event, warehouse record and item photos. | Compare the received option; ask about a receipt or storage discrepancy. |
| Parcel preparation | Selected items, parcel submission and packing progress. | Check whether payment or a packing instruction still needs your action. |
| International / local delivery | Parcel tracking and any last-mile number. | Follow the actual carrier’s request for documents, payment or collection. |
Investigate a gap without inventing a deadline.
Save the latest event, its timestamp and the source that displayed it. If two tracking pages differ, record both rather than overwriting the earlier result. Ask which number represents the current carrier and whether a separate local-delivery number has been issued.
A label being created does not by itself establish physical handover. Likewise, delivery to a warehouse address is not the same evidence as an item being ready in your account. Give support the two events you want reconciled. Avoid treating another buyer’s transit time as a deadline for your order.
If the page asks you to act, identify the request before waiting longer: an unpaid balance, address issue, document request or collection notice needs a different response from an ordinary tracking gap. Check the official account or carrier site directly when an unsolicited message asks for payment.

Send a short, answerable support request.
Name the affected order or parcel, the stage and the missing event. Add the relevant screenshot and date. Do not send unrelated account information or a long list of different parcels in one question. A clear comparison lets the person handling that stage identify what needs checking.
Use this example with your own details. It is a message template, not a record of an order we placed. Keep the response with the order so that you can tell whether the next action belongs to you, the seller, the warehouse or the carrier.
- Save the exact selected option and order number.
- Record the newest event and its timestamp.
- Keep domestic and international tracking numbers separately.
- Identify a request that needs your action before waiting.
- Use the current order or parcel support channel.
