Choose the neckline and opening first

Check whether your selected design has a closed crew neck, a half-zip or a full cardigan opening. For a cardigan, confirm the closure and compare how the item is intended to be worn. Keep the colour and pattern option with these details.

A folded catalog image may hide a zip length, cuff or hem. Ask for the view that resolves that particular feature. A complete flat view can help you compare the outline with knitwear you already wear comfortably.

Record the measuring condition

Ask whether the seller chart describes the garment relaxed, stretched or otherwise prepared. Measure a comparable garment using matching endpoints and conditions. An elastic-looking knit does not justify comparing a stretched width with a relaxed width.

For a pattern, compare its placement on the ordered size where it matters to you. Differences between a styled picture and a flat item need a specific follow-up question; they do not automatically explain the garment’s final fit.

Check composition and washing instructions

Read the material and care information for the selected listing. The word “knit” does not establish wool content, softness or a particular washing method. If those properties matter, ask for the relevant label or seller details.

Record care instructions before deciding how you will use the item. A product picture cannot predict shrinkage or pilling. Keep missing information visible in your comparison so that a design preference does not become an unsupported material claim.

Keep these inputs with the selected option.

EXAMPLE REQUEST / ADAPT TO YOUR ORDER

Please show the neckline, cuffs and care label of my selected knitwear. Confirm whether the chest-width measurement is taken with the garment relaxed.

Use the Superbuy size guide for measurement methods and the QC photo checklist for a specific follow-up. Resolve option questions before arranging the parcel.
